Irradiance conditions

Overview

Returns satellite irradiance from local midnight (display timezone) through the latest 15-minute slot, including solar geometry.

Item	Details
Coverage	Active PV stations; Himawari source (East Asia & Western Pacific)
Update frequency	Every 15 minutes (:00/:15/:30/:45)
Timezone	Business times are usually Beijing time; station forecast store uses UTC and responses also include local time
Auth	`X-API-Key` header; module grant required
